Two part time Laboratory Technicians
Required as soon as possible
We are seeking a flexible and enthusiastic laboratory technician to work primarily in the Chemistry department, as part of a hard working team. Candidates should be reliable, well-organised and have a working knowledge and interest in Science.
Due to retirement, we are also seeking a laboratory technician to work primarily in the Physics department.
Previous technician experience is desirable, as is an aptitude for ICT. The successful candidates will be required to provide a high level of technical assistance to teaching staff in the department in order for them to deliver the curriculum. The working requirement is for a minimum of 20.25 hours, potentially up to 27, a week during term-time + 10 days.
The salary range is £17,154 – £23,907, pro rata to £7,954 – £11085, and is dependent on experience.
